Waterfall 2.0 - Special Milenio Offering 

Our Milenio is 88 point specialty grade coffee and is from the central highlands of Costa Rica (Tarrazu Region).  Milenio is an F1 hybrid of Costa Rican Bourbon and Ethiopian landrace varieties. We roast it to a medium-plus "full city" level, which creates a very full bodied coffee with flavors of chocolate, raisin, and nutmeg. It is ideal for high pressure espresso, moka pot and pour-over brewing.
